Here is information about folders and files that should be backed up regularly.

 - The "licenses" folder contains the license files required to run the functions
and the "InstKey.rlic" file, which is created the first time this application
is started and contains the installation key. This file is essential for the
license files! If this file is lost, the license files lose their validity!
We therefore strongly recommend that you include the "licenses" folder in your
	backup procedure.

 - The folder "properties" contains lots of settings, e.g.:
    - the connections maintained in function "Maintain connections",
	- dimension and position of the dialog windows (to be used when using the
	  functions again)
and should be backed up regularly.

 - The folder "variants" contains saved variants and also the last user input
in the functions and should be backed up regularly.

 - The folders "logs" and "cmdlogs" contains log files (one per day) containing
all actions you have done with the program so far. We recommend to consider
the logs in the backup as they might be useful in case that you still want
to trace or search through previous activities.
The folder "logs" contains logged activities executed with the GUI program,
the folder "cmdlogs" contains logged activities executed with the command
	line tool.

 - In case you added some own ABAP programs in the folder "ABAPs" or modified
the supplied ones, you should also consider them in the backup.

 - The same is also valid for the folder "xml". In case you added own XML files to
this folder or did changes on the supplied ones, you should also consider
    them in the backup.
